Marriage License for Norman Allen Wing & Anna Cooper

This marriage license is issued to Norman Allen Wing & Anna M (?) Cooper. It indicates that they were married October 1, 1866 and the license was filed November 1, 1866. It also notes that the consent of both families was given. Unfortunately, this marriage would end in divorce. At this point in time no one has located a divorce document. We do know however that Anna Cooper married for the 2nd time to Jesse Burner on December 28, 1873.
