Although there is nothing written on this picture, George Wayne Nash Jones, writes that he is fairly certain that this is Charlotte Fanny Miles Nash taken in Washington when she was living there with her son Daniel Nash and his family.

Charlotte was born May 5, 1847 at Ayleford, parish of Newnham, registration district of Westbury on Severn, sub-district of Newnham in the county of Gloucester, the daughter of William Miles and Ann Nelmes. She married Jeremiah Nash on September 2 or 22, 1867 at St. John's Church in the parish of St. John Dean Forest in the County of Gloucester

Charlotte had 7 children by Jeremiah; Samuel Nash, born February of 1869, Thomas Nash, born March 29, 1871, Henry (Harry) Nash, born March 26, 1873, George Nash, born about July 13, 1875, Sarah Nash, born January 4, 1878, Daniel Nash born March 27, 1880, and Mary Nash, born January 6, 1883.

At this writing we do not know when or where Charlotte Fanny Miles Nash died...Any further information would be greatly appreciated.
